After preventing war between Atlantis and the surface world, Aquaman Arthur Curry returns to Atlantis to reign as king. However, underwater he faces a plot to place his brother Orm on the throne; the criminal Scavenger; his wife Mera sent to kill him; and the return of the dead king who sank Atlantis.
