Otto the owl loves poetry, and much prefers reading to roosting and reciting people like Keats, Dickinson, Rossetti, and T.S. Eliot to hunting. However, Otto is still an owl, which means the other owls aren't very accepting of Otto's personality. Otto goes on a difficult journey, one on which he learns to be himself and his friends learn to accept Otto for who he is.
