A grandfather tells his grandchild the story of the Ojibwe horses as they await the birth of a foal. He explains that when he was a boy, there were almost no horses left until a group of people brought the last four remaining horses to breed with a mustang stallion. Soon, the small herd started to grow, and host farms began to take in small groups. The grandfather decided to breed Ojibwe horses so his grandchild could know the horses.
